We will soon be posting diary excerpts we kept during the making of THE LUTEFISK WARS.  These excerpts were intended to be personal and highly confidential, but during the course of production we realized how important these diary notes would be in communicating to the viewer, blow-by blow, the often unbelievable things we experienced during the making of this unusual  documentary.  And it's still continuing...
